Lab Reports & Certificates of Analysis

Every batch independently verified — HPLC purity testing and third-party Certificate of Analysis

HPLC Purity Testing

High-performance liquid chromatography verifies ≥99% purity for every batch before release.

Mass Spectrometry

Molecular weight and identity confirmed via mass spectrometry on every production lot.

QR-Coded COA

Every vial ships with a QR code on the label linking directly to its Certificate of Analysis for that exact lot.

Independent Lab

All testing conducted by Freedom Diagnostics Testing — a certified third-party laboratory. Never in-house.

Why does the net peptide content differ from the labeled amount?

The labeled weight (e.g. 10mg) is the nominal fill amount. The net peptide content reported by the lab is the mass of pure peptide only — after accounting for residual moisture and counterion salts (typically TFA or acetate) that bind to the peptide during synthesis and lyophilization.

Depending on the peptide, net content may read higher or lower than 10mg:

  • Higher than labeled (e.g. BPC-157 at 12.78mg, Semaglutide at 12.32mg) — the peptide retains more water weight during lyophilization, so the total vial mass is higher but the net pure peptide reads above nominal.
  • Lower than labeled (e.g. Tirzepatide at 9.07mg, Ipamorelin at 8.86mg) — larger or more complex peptides carry heavier counterion salts relative to their size, so the net peptide fraction of the total vial mass reads slightly under 10mg.

In both cases the compound is present and accounted for. The number that confirms quality is the HPLC purity % — all of our lots test at ≥99%, meaning what's in the vial is exactly what it's supposed to be.
