3. Return Process

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Include your order number, the specific product(s) in question, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Attach supporting documentation: photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any carrier damage report.
  4. Await written authorization from Trulife Peptides before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
  5. If a return is authorized, ship the product in its original, sealed packaging to the return address provided via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to our shipping error.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected (or a non-delivery or shipping error is confirmed), we will notify you of our decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (ACH credit to the originating bank account) within 7–10 business days of approval. ACH credits are subject to your bank's processing schedule.
